Live Export Horror.
So the Australian Government came up with the Live Export Assurance Scheme which was supposed to ensure humane treatment of Australian Cattle and sheep that were destined for the slaughter houses of distant lands.
This Assurance Scheme has just taken the focus off of the problem and directed peoples attention away from this horror and cruelty. Nothing has changed our animals are being treated in a way that just breaks my heart and makes me ashamed to be human. Please watch the video below and see for yourself that nothing has changed.
Live Export should be a thing of the past and be completely banned. The Abbotoir in the video is Israels largest abbotoir and one of two that has been approved by the Australian Government to take our animals. Gee Australia wake up. Please help visit Animals Australia and help us put an end to this cruel and barbaric act.

Passion and Purpose
Its funny I was sitting watching the rain and relflecting on my poems and how much pleasure I get out of making a difference in the lives of others. I used to keep a book of my poems and didn’t show them to anyone until one day a friend of mine read one and said how beautiful it was.
I have little control over my poems they usually start coming to me while I am busy and I have to stop what I am doing and just write, then a little later more comes to me until I finally have a finished piece of work.
Poetry is my passion, writing is my passion and seeing the reactions of people that have been touched by my writing is what I live for. We all have things we are passionate about but do we turn our passions into daily pleasures or do we ignore them and live a life that is mundane and boring. Without a passion there is no purpose for your life.

Being an energy healer I understand the impact that everything we do has an impact on our health and life. We are just human guinea pigs. Genetically modified foods have a huge impact not only on our health but also on our environment and the living creatures that inhabit the earth. We have the power to say no and make a difference. Word Energy
I have been compelled to write this post as a video has come to my attention today that has brought tears to my eyes. We often are so caught up in our own problems that we forget that our children look up to us and what we say around and to them is so very important. Our words can build them up or cut them down and this is what they learn. Then when it is time for them to go to school they use the same words they have heard towards others.
If only we were given a manual when our children were born explaining about the energy we give out to the world is imbedded into our children. When we continually tell them of their mistakes and wrong doings they learn that they are not good enough, stupid and useless. They grow up believing this and because their self esteem is so low they either go to school and bully others in the same way or end up being bullied themselves. This is the sadness that we are seeing in our children today.
We have to let our children know that they are all special, they will make mistakes but that does not make them worthless or stupid. They are each amazing and so precious to the world. We must start learning that we need to praise their positive aspects and encourage them to be the best they can. Suicide is at an all time high and we have to start taking responsibility for these precious souls. Stop pointing out the negative aspects of other people and start seeing the good in them. It really comes back to IF YOU CAN’T SAY ANYTHING NICE THEN DON’T SAY ANYTHING AT ALL. We need to start accepting that we all are different and it doesn’t matter if someone has a different opinion about something than you, It makes them who they are. The world would be a boring place if we were all the same with all the same abilities and opinions.
We all make mistakes in life but that is how we learn, nobody needs to judge anyone for their mistakes we are each on a different journey.
Stop gossiping about others you don’t know their situation or what problems they have. Learn how to be a supportive friend to everyone and you will always have a lot of friends. Never judge another because you don’t know whether you may be the final straw for someone that is feeling low. Smile and be nice it is not that hard really.
Watch this video and see you may know this boy, you may not but he is crying inside for the torment he has endured. This boy could be the next Steve Jobs or Prime Minister but how will he ever get there when he has no love for himself. There are thousands around you that may feel the way he does. Will you smile or will you curse. The choice is yours.

A New Take on Last Christmas
With the occupy movement growing day by day a change is certainly in the air. People are coming together and standing their ground as the Australian government just annouced a pay rise of $90,000.00 to our prime minister Julia Gillard. What are they thinking. The Music in You
I have always loved music and find myself tapping to the beat whenever a song is played. There is something though about the beat of the African drum that connects with me at soul level. It has a way of awakening the senses and shifting my vibration to a higher level. I just looooove the drum. The same with the Jamaican steel drums I just think they are completely awesome. Try just sitting still when you hear the beat of a drum. Press play on the video below and see how it affects your vibration. I bet you can’t help but to tap your foot. You will feel lighter and happier.
I have decided that I am going to make this one of my things to do in 2012. I am going to learn to play the djembe. I am so excited about learning something new. A new adventure in my life. There are many ways to raise your energy and vibration to heal and balance the body, mind and spirit. Music is a great way. I have found a great website where I will get some resources to learn.

Think and Grow Rich is an amazing book that should be on everyone’s book shelf, so I am going to give you a copy FREE. In my opinion this book should be on the reading list in every school of the world. I was first introduced to it many many years ago but never really was interested in reading it until a few years ago when my life was turned upside down. It was at this time when I really started looking at all I had learned with my healing and energy work. I started searching for inormation on life and how the Univeral Laws play such a major part in our journey’s This is not a book just to be read and discarded but a manual to be studied and picked up every week. I keep going back to this book over and over again.

Tips For Starting A Blog
Having a blog is absolutely necessary if you are online looking to make money. Google loves blogs and they get ranked very quickly on the search engines, in fact blogging ensures you get ranked the same day you post an article (providing you do it right). The reason for this is that the blog is updated often. The search engines send out spiders regularly to search the internet for new content. Each time you write a new post the spiders pick it up and see it is linked to your domain name. The more you write the higher your rankings become. This is a very basic explanation but it gives you an idea as to why it is better to have a blog as opposed to a static web site where the content stays the same day after day. Once you have decided on your Niche then it is time to set up your blog.
The number one mistake most people make is that they sign up to a free account like Blogger or WordPress.com. These are great if your blog is just for fun. If you are building a business it is very important that you invest a little money and purchase your own domain name which is about $10 from Go Daddy . You will also need a hosting account. I use Hostgator which is about $10 per month.
I made the mistake and got free accounts with both blogger and wordpress and spent countless hours writing posts and never got any traffic to them so please take my advice here and start off on the right foot. Once you have this set up you can follow the steps in hostgator for instructions on how to install wordpress.org onto your domain. WordPress.org is the best blogging platform by far and very simple to use. Check out some really great free themes for your blog like the one I am using “Summy” from New WordPress Themes.
